Very bad management. They are lazy and look for any reason not to come into work. The office is always closed. Also READ YOUR LEASE they will come into your apartment for any reason and not tell you. Pool is too small for that size complex and everything kept breaking in my apartment. Too overpriced

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is the worst! I have had nothing but problems. I have bugs , I put in maintenance requests on the day we moved in and almost a year later, some of them have been addressed, my A/C is out and it’s in the 90’s and have not even received a phone call regarding a time frame for it to be fixed, it’s been two days since I called it in. Yes, I have called and left messages. The water here tastes like bottom of the lake water or worse and you can NEVER get just nice warm water. It’s always scalding hot or freezing cold.There is more turn around in the staff here than I have ever seen in an office.
