It's been a year since I moved in here and I can say it's a great and friendly place, the office manager Miss Katerina is so kind and helpful, she takes time to listen to your issue and act promptly. The maintenance people are on point. Not forgetting how clean the apartments are, im happy to be a tenant here.Thank y'all...renewed the lease

These people are obviously liars I went in and talked to the assistant manager she seemed so nice at first when I called to see if I have been approved the lady that talk to me told me she would call me later with a answer when they called me back I was approved I explained everything that I could do up front and was honest about the situation that I was in looking for a apartment when they told me that they would help me out they asked for documents but then quoted my down payment way above what they said it would be when I apply and when I told them that I would pay them soon even though they originally told me I have 48 hours to pay that payment they just turn around and unapproved me now I definitely believe all of the bad reviews I have seen do not try to live here they are liars and they will screw you too I find it a blessing that they unimproved me so now I am not the one that has to deal with them from the next few months until my lease is up. I'm never coming here again and I warn anybody else that may want to look elsewhere.

They are good apartments The problem is that every day a cigarette smell comes out of the air conditioning vent 😡 when smoking is supposed to be prohibited inside the apartments But in the office they do not grab anything for following their own rules, You tell the manager and he tells you that nothing can be done 😡😡😡

Living here a year now. Mostly very positive. Maintenance issue fixed promptly. There are roach issues but combination of exterminators and DIY efforts are a success. Neighbors are nice and respectful (I hope they feel the same)
