I have lived here for over 6 years. I have found the staff to be great; the few times I have needed something they had the issue resolved same day. The grounds have everything I want - pool and workout center; and are well lit at night and quiet. Maintenance does an excellent of maintaining the pool as well as the grounds. Private covered parking is available also. Geographically located near Airport Frwy and Hwy 161, so you can get anywhere quickly from here. Staff maintains the pool very well. Pool area has very nice chairs, tables, etc and is a great area for families to enjoy warm weather. They have upgraded the workout facility where even the most serious athletes will be pleased. Staff also hosts regular events year-round, so it's easy to see the family atmosphere with staff and neighbors. Jackie, Jackie, Nichole and Monica have never failed to help when needed. All should find them as the most helpful, resident oriented staff anywhere. I would certainly recommend Foxborough as a good place to live.

I live here and I am looking forward to the end of my contract to finally leave and I have gone to complain several times to the office about kneecaps and damage to the apartment and Miss Nicole has treated me badly and is annoyed, she is not professional at all, especially Nicole. if you are looking for a nice place to live I do not recommend this place it is terrible to live .

Don't live here if you want to live comfortably I guess. I've made a grand total of 8 maintenance reports about our AC not blowing cold air this year alone and it's still reaching temps in excess of 84 degrees inside. Meanwhile our electric bill is more than doubled the last few months because of the half-functioning AC running nonstop just to keep us alive in this heat.
