Due to our move in date being changed from March 29th to April 16th, because the new cabinet order wasn't in, we decided to just stay at our current apartment and not become a resident of Cielo Azul apartments. I visited this apt complex on a Friday to schedule a walk in tour for a 2 bed/2 bath, but none available due to Covid restriction. I received a few quotes from Brenda P, a leasing associate who was super friendly, had great customer service and was super helpful as well. By that evening we were filling out an application for 1 apt that we absolutely loved by viewing the floorplan and the location of the apt on the property. We are currently waiting to see if we are approved and likely to move in and become a resident of these beautiful apartments!!!!

Taking forever to receive back the deposit that's non-refundable and its been more than 2 months already. And they told me it will be 30days to receive it but I still haven't gotten it back.

I have been living here since Feb 2022. The apartment I live in is very very old and the cabinets are falling apart. Javier ( the repair guy) has been great fixing stuff. But now the A/C is not working, I requested service. The A/C guy came and couldn’t fix it. It has been 3 weeks with no A/C, I have been mostly in my car during the day ( thank God my wife and daughter went back to Seattle for couple of weeks) at night I use 2 fans in my room. Now that my wife and daughter are planning to come back this apartment will be unlivable for us. I’m moving out, I found a townhouse, it’s a little bit more money. But I rather pay more than die from heat-stroke!
