Just moved in it’s so many things wrong with the apartment and can’t get decent help from any one in the office no one answer the phone unless you owe them money. Trash is all in the hallway spread everywhere I’m think about just breaking my lease and be done with whole thing.

Apartments are total trash and super overpriced!!! Every other week something breaks down and they take months to fix and respond!!! Had to call Code Compliance just to get things fixed and let’s not talk about the rent! I’ve lived here for only 3 months and there has been roaches from day one and they collect an exterminator fee every month but it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come to the apartment and spray. Staff is rude and will lie to cover up that they are really slum lords!!!! Haven’t been able to use the pool for the season because the water was always a green color and still haven’t been able to get into the exercise room in 3 months. But they collect $1700 plus every month for a two bedroom apartment where none of the appliances are new……. Sooooooo upset that I signed a lease here, but make no mistake I will get the last laugh!!!! Really wish I could rate them no starts at all!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! These apartments are trash! Moved into an unfinished, dirty unit..maintenance hasn't came to fix anything that I requested in...was promised a renovated unit and did not receive..my microwave handle is broke, dishwasher filthy, my freezer doesn't close bc the sealant came off, no light fixtures in all rooms so will have to get a lamp, saw a few roaches on move in day, cabinets have water rot, countertops are chipped, vents and walls have water stains, you can't get your own WiFi nor decline there technology pack..all carpet except for dining space and kitchen..If I could go back, I would have not chose to stay here esp for the rate of rent they want...oh and there is no common laundry facility on site! Please move somewhere else!

Moved in not even 30 days ago, toilet issues master bathrooom toilets run all night long loudly and the guest bathroom toilet doesn’t flush, spent my first 3 days in a 90 degree apt before they finally came out and fixed the ac. We are only on the 16th day of the month they and my ac is out again and it’s 89 degrees in my apartment. Only to call the emergency line for them to say they will come out sometime tomorrow. I pay for valet trash for the bags to sit outside for 4-5 days. I get charged for amenities and the pool has been closed without access since I’ve moved in!

The customer service in the office is nonexistent. They never answer and it’s common to have someone just pick up and hang up. Moving here is def top ten worst decisions I’ve made in life .
