The convenience to all kinds of transportation is wonderful. There is a lot of free parking. The price is right. We are limited in which Internet and which TV companies we can use. The reason for one less star is the lack of communication from administration and the understanding of how to handle the elderly.

I've lived here 10 years. My complaints are they need to upgrade appliances. This is of course a senior property and the people here are pretty friendly. Rent is lower than most apartments but you definitely get what you pay for. Steve our manager/owner is very kind.

I have lived here for 5 yrs and I have no complaints. It's quiet and the maintence is five star. I have no idea where Jesus was living but it definitely was NOT Park Manor Apts. I’m updating my previous entry. As of this writing I have lived at Park Manor for 10 years and nothing has changed. I wouldn’t think about moving.

I don't know what apartment complex you are reviewing Jesus, but its NOT Park Manor. I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it. In the time I have lived here we have not had a manager named Veronica and no one has to sell any parking stickers because we have more than ample parking. Its one of the reasons I moved here. The staff is the best. To my knowledge, we have NEVER had bedbugs!
