The apartment and the staff was ok but I lived here for less than a year and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Just a heads up that the place is majority hispanic. Kids are running around all the time (especially at night) throughout the complex and in the parking lot. Countless times, a ball would hit my window and mind you, I lived on the second floor. Neighbors randomly play loud music at night and nothing is ever done about it. My neighbor below me would play music loud enough to where my apartment is shaking. Called the office and they didn't do anything about it. If you're hispanic, you'll love this place. If not, I'd stay away if I were you. Just my 2 cents.

I recently moved to Morgan Place and I had such an amazing experience with Community Manager Mirna. She made us feel better at home ! She was very on Top of the move in process and made it very simple for my family . Anything I needed help with or fixed she responded and got done right away . I am super impressed with their Team very professional. I recommend you Guys Ask for Mirna she is great !
