We love Dr. Henry and Dr. Abban in pediatrics. We’ve also had a great experience with Dr. Asante OBGYN. I just wish their Urgent Care was open 7 days a week. It’s a pain having to drive all the way up to Woodbridge to receive after hours care.

I absolutely love Kaiser Permanente healthcare. I drive from my home in Richmond (1 hour 10 mins without traffic holdups) to KP offices in Fredericksburg, Colonial Forge and beyond because having KP for my healthcare is so important. I strive for living 5 mins from everything but this is my exception. I strongly hope that KP will come to Richmond soon and for the rest of Virginia and why not?! KP is efficient and comprehensive in the care it gives and I love the many doctors and medical staff I’ve encountered over the years. I often make a point to ask these same people “Do you like working for Kaiser?” and the answer is resoundingly “Yes!”. It’s great to know that what I think and feel about my healthcare providers is shared by my providers as well; testament of the integrity of the organization. More Kaiser PLEASE!!!!

Why on earth should I have to drive to Woodbridge for an urgent care appointment. This is not the 18th century. Fredericksburg is a huge city. There should be weekday appointments. Can we get with the program?

Great question. I can't fit a Tysons Corners eye appt. in my schedule. They need to expand or develop more ties to more specialists here in the Fredericksburg area.
I was at Woodbridge getting glasses and the lady helping said Stafford is the next to open, 2019. Then 2020 they are supposed to open a huge Tyson's like hub in Woodbridge.

Talk to your doctor. Male or female. If its important to you, do it. Its only embarrassing for 20 seconds. I asked and got started with a helpful pill. Otherwise in most large cities some legit doctor is advertising his services. Good luck.
I am not sure, I get through my husband's work. I will tell you this though. I have been with Kaiser for over 30 years and I wouldn't change for anything! Not to say I haven't had any problems, but I still wouldn't ever change insurance.
They serve as PCP and they have Specialist available. Full service at the Woodbridge location.

Contact your insurance company for a list of providers. If you already have Kaiser, just set up an appointment.
I think that the Woodbridge campus has the closest Kaiser eye care facility.
Only certain ones come about once a month. Most of the time you have to go to Falls Church for specialist apts
What about primary care like for diabetes, seizures doctors...M.R.I.,,, X-rays, Physical therapy???I
