The owner was extremely kind and thoughtful. I went in to get a scooter and found one that met my requirements. Unfortunately, a part was broken on the scooter. The owner offered to see if he could fix the broken part. He called me a couple weeks later, let me know he had fix the scooter. I really appreciated his honesty. He let me know from the beginning that the scooter was broken. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to fix the scooter.
