Totally unprofessional. Cancelled my appointment the day before because the doctor is going to take off a week. No explanation. I am supposed to be going through a course of treatment to help me with my egg quality for IVF, and this is going to impair my ability to have a baby. Not appreciated. Don't book with them if you need your appointments to be honored!!!!
