This place is a third world operation. The front desk staff is ignorant and clueless. I had a breast biopsy ordered by one of their doctors. The front desk staff had me wait 3 full weeks for results when the results were in in 2 days. When it's a cancer scare you need to know. Front desk ws rude, unprofessional, nasty and hateful to me especially in my time of desperation.

Dr Victoria prescribed Almodipine in April 2022, by May I started getting edema in my feet and lower legs. I was in excruciating pain. My feet were so painful it was hard to walk. I started sitting with my feet up most of every day. I spent 4 months in constant burning pain avoiding walking, wearing sox. I went to Dr Victoria 5 times for help- I got water pills. A friend alerted me to the edema side effect, I stopped taking it immediately. The edema is going down slowly but two weeks later still very painful.. I wrote him a letter documenting everything with dates- no response. Now when I call I have to listen some strange commercial before being connected. But I won’t be back to Dr Victoria.

I have updated my review from a 1 to a 4. I have recently interacted with the staff on several occasions and can see a dramatic improvement in engagement. I appreciate the hard work everyone makes and commend improvements because it shows that people do care about what they do. I hope the quality of service continues to improve as I would like to stay with this provider. Thank you to that team of workers.

Dr Victorias office staff are very professional and helpful. Roxanne, Michelle and Romel were great and reassured me about my concerns about my diagnosis. They also are so good about calling in prescriptions. I am in the medical field myself and I know not all offices are this efficient.
