Don’t buy from Pulte especially this location. Will you get a house? Yes. Will it be built on time? No. Will the quality be good? HELL NO. Will the warranty people be helpful? HELL NO. The site warranty manager (Mike) will be useless, condescending, and ensure that you are not able to get anything fixed even though you are obligated to. Look elsewhere. Not worth spending half a million on with prices only going up.
