This has to be the worst bus service I've ever had to utilize. Oftentimes my Paw Pass app doesn't work because it signs me out. The drivers are hateful and impatient. Oftentimes the drivers will simply drive by you and the bus isn't full and therefore doesn't have the "full capacity" sign on. Customer service is horrible! What's with Orlando's bus service?

It’s good overall, but after using this service for more than one year I can completely confirm that there are delays sometimes and no one will help you with it, even if you need to get to your work asap, you either take a uber o wait!

I would never ride Links bus again because for all week they've made me late to work by 2 hours and they're buses are supposed to run every 15 minutes and they're not the running every hour hour and a half this is totally ridiculous and totally uncalled for and then when you call customer service to you know see what the problem is they're rude and disrespectful so lynx is garbage I I rather walk again than ever take lynx bus ever again because then making me late for work a week and they're both not running on time running every hour hour and a half through the whole week
