This review reflects the customer service as I never was able to see the show I purchased tickets for. I found out I had COVID the day of the September 10 show and rather than risk infecting the other patrons and staff members, I attempted to contact Sculler’s to exchange my tickets for a different date. I never heard back from from them via any of the outreach attempts I made- phone call, message through the website and email- yet I saw they did post on Facebook that same day. So I guess the next time this happens to anyone else you’re just supposed to show up and not care if you spread COVID.

Great jazz. The venue (once you get past the DoubleTree lobby) is upscale and the sound is clean without being too loud.

I attended the Lisa Fischer show on 3/18 and did not have to present any vaccination status or health status to enter Scullers.
East Coast casual, not California casual. You could probably wear whatever you want but generally collared shirt and trousers for gentlemen and the equivalent for ladies.
