Horrible service. Unprofessional. We visited PN R.Bradley. No help at all. All he told that we need to go to the ENT doctor. Everybody know that it takes time to make appointment with ENT and my mom had a pain in her ear. She was losing her hearing very bad. I asked some medicine for my mom. She was in pain. He told he doesn't know what it is and can not offer nothing, but for my question maybe we need go to emergency room, he told NO, she doesn't need it , she need to see ENT doctor. I agree. She need, but how to help her now? The lady in a frond desk told that they can send referral to ENT doctor, and we will get a phone call about appointment.( BTW, nobody called.). We were very unhappy. We came with pain, we left office with the same pain. We were almost out of the clinic, then lady in a desk told me we need to go to get ear drops in pharmacy. We went right away. The ear drops price was $599. No one insurance can not covered these drops. Really ? We can not afford these drops. It was like Horrible night dream.... Don't go to this PN. Zero help. I know it was a very nice doctors working in this office. But they all quitted! Doctor Tran, Dr. Nguyen, .... So bad they left. Very nice PN Selina. One day we had appointment with her. Really nice PA-C, very polite and helpful. But she was not in a office that day. And one lady in a desk, i was on the phone with her , her name is Katie. She helps us a lot. Thank You Katie. Can not say nothing about another doctors, nurses in this office. But this visit was the worst in our practice.

Unprofessional office. I called several times to make an appointment for my son only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes every time. I did not speak to a live person except to put me on hold. Any other office would return to the call they put on hold and at least give an update. I didn't get that courtesy.

Got a physical exam done over two weeks ago and after Several phone calls and even going into the office to ask for my results, I still don’t have them! Don’t waste your time with this place, go somewhere else!!! 😡😡😡
