I can assure you, as a current resident, that the staff does NOT care about your problems. The only good reviews come from the staff themselves. Trying to get ahold of someone to care and help you solve your issues is less probable than winning the lottery. I absolutely HATE living here and can’t wait to get out of my lease. Save yourself while you still have the change, roaches and rodents are only the beginning of a plethora of problems you’ll face here.
I have an infestation of roaches and there is mold and rotted wood/baseboards. They are quick to send people out but so far these people are contractors and have yet to completely wipe out the bug issue or fully fix the rotted wood. The office staff is very friendly and they are quick to email and check on progress but i have only lived here 2 weeks and want out of the current room im in. Im working on it.
I have bedbugs and they will not send someone to inspect. I am sure they came from my neighbor. After they moved out, roaches stopped but the bedbugs started.
This complex is split in two - side A and side B. I lived on side A for 7 years and never had any bugs the entire time. I moved to an upgraded apartment on side B that is infested with roaches. It has really been a nightmare that I wasn't expecting. No matter what kind of pest control you use it does not stop the roaches! I've never had a problem with maintenance in all the years I lived here in fact the only time I needed maintenance was when my air conditioner broke years ago. They fixed it and it never broke again. I'm just counting down the days to move because of the roaches. This is one of the most expensive apartments i've ever lived in and it's the only one that ever had bugs.
I am completely bias. The staff were super friendly. The pools were always clean. I had spoken to a few people that didn't have pest issues at all. But then again, I'd spoken to many in the building thst I had lived in that had. Maintenance took forever to come. There were only two times that they came swiftly. The water is allocated so you're paying extra water for large families. We had non stop roaches in our apartment. They NEVER went away, no matter how many pest control companies they'd sent.
There is no way you have bedbugs and the Brandt refuses to do anything. I personally had them in my apartment, which by the way is INEVITABLE. It happens in every complex. No matter where or how fancy or how much it costs. Cockroaches a.k.a. water bugs are also something you cannot avoid living in an apartment. But the maintenance is quick depending on your issues and the days work load. The exterminators are always fast to treat. No. The complex is not over run buy nasty bugs and stuff. It's a little pricey but a fantastic place to live. By the way, I don't even live there anymore. This response is because you're getting bad info and it's a great place to live
