The maintenance request are always taken care of extremely fast. Never had to wait more than 2 days & I really appreciate that.

So I’ve lived at this property since 2009 (over 11 years). Have seen several property management companies take ownership of it. So this review isn’t from a one or two lease resident. Frankly, this property has much it needs to improve on. Yes it’s conveniently located in Las Colinas, yes it has a nice park across from it. Yes, it’s private. Yes the staff are friendly (although I’ve seen the office staff change several times). But it doesn’t come without it’s cons. For one, the gates are ALWAYS OPEN. What is the point of advertising yourself as a gated community when you leave the gates open 24/7? Isn’t that a security issue? I had a neighbor whos catalytic converter was stolen twice, another neighbor whose car was broken into and wallet stolen last week, my moms car here had her back window broke into TODAY. Like really? Yes crime happens everywhere but when you’re charging what this apartment does and you advertise security in the form of “gated community” but ALWAYS leave the gates open, what’s the point in having them? They say it’s because of a part they need to secure their property AND allow emergency services in and out. But again, I’ve lived here for over a decade and the gates have always in one form or another been open FOR OVER A DECADE. Also, the potholes. This place makes too much $ not to afford to have a company come fix the ridiculous amount of potholes that reoccur in this property. It just looks bad. Then there’s the gym. At the entrance it has hours of operation but it’s never unlocked at the time it “says” it opens. Again what’s the point in that? Like the gates, what’s the point of advertising something and it not being true? It just doesn’t make sense. Plus besides new treadmills and new stair master and some huge central piece, the actual weight lifting machines are the EXACT SAME ONES here from when I moved in over 10 years ago. And the crazy thing is, they too repeatedly are vandalized. I’ll go in see wires cut on machines rendering the machine useless, weights missing. There’s never any sanitize wipes to wipe machines down. Even during the pandemic (and even now) still no sanitizing wipes. No soap in the amenities center bathrooms or toilet paper either! I bet the office bathrooms have soap and toilet paper. In fact, I GUARANTEE none of those women in the office are going to a bathroom without soap or toilet paper. But us residents? Naw we don’t that, right? Like seriously? Does this management company NOT care about the health and well being of the multitude of people they’re making $ off of? It just doesn’t make sense. The only thing I’ve seen happen besides the property management company change, the maintenance staff and office staff change, and the amenities center be upgraded is not much. Oh my bad, the rent has MOST DEFINITELY changed, going up significantly since 2009. But hey if you want a bricked property across from a park I get it but if you value security, updated functioning amenities available when they claim to be, and no potholes, check elsewhere

I had a few maintenance issues the 1st day I moved in. I called several times to request maintenance and by day 3 my problems were repaired. All items should have been taken care of before apartment was made ready.

I can assure you, as a current resident, that the staff does NOT care about your problems. The only good reviews come from the staff themselves. Trying to get ahold of someone to care and help you solve your issues is less probable than winning the lottery. I absolutely HATE living here and can’t wait to get out of my lease. Save yourself while you still have the change, roaches and rodents are only the beginning of a plethora of problems you’ll face here.
One bedrooms average between $1300 to $1500 once you add in mandatory fees ie. trash pick up parcel lockers and things of that nature. Parking is average to good for the most part but there are times when visitors take most of the parking for weeks at a time and you will have to park further from your building. That seems to happen every few months. I haven't had many issues that required maintenance but when I did they were prompt and responsive.
Issues are not resolved. The current owners and management are pure evil. Want to live in a prison. This is it. Roches rats and a poor management staff. Hali should be fired.

Water bills are the same every month give or take a dollar or two, however the water bills are high. About $60.00 for a 1 bedroom
I think it is better than living in in a 3rd world country under a Totalitarian Dictatorship, but not as good as living in a tent on skid row. The row has less bed bugs and rats.
There aren’t any 3 bedroom units here unfortunately.
