Yes these are weekly's. I pay $280 (with taxes & all utilities covered & cable & wifi) for a really nice cute little studio apartment. I think that, yes, it is worth it....for a weekly. I believe all weekly's are over priced though!
I pay 247$ weekly .. studio, cable wifi, laundry room convenient, gated. I think it's worth it . The only thing is it's not pet friendly..
