Atwater is amazing, the manager Vanessa is always so pleasant. She even returned my wallet that I dropped in the parking lot. She is always so prompt at getting things fixed. She is always willing to help.

I absolutely love living at Atwater! I've been here for over 4 years and have enjoyed being here. Vanessa is absolutely amazing and takes everyone into consideration. She has her hands full with all the residents that live here and she still makes time to come over and make sure our problem was dealt with. The maintenance is great and if there's ever an issue with the water she lets everyone know by text AND email before the water is shut off. She always gives us an estimated time of how long it will be off and if it's longer she keeps us updated and always apologizes. She's extremely amazing and I wish every apartment complex had a leasing manager like her. Thank you Vanessa and Atwater for such an amazing place to live!!!

Absolute worst complex in the city of Phoenix!! And these comments lie.. Vanessa is unprofessional and only cares about money. Me and boyfriend moved in during the October special and since the day we moved in the complex’s water is turned off at least once a week. The management controls your ac and heat that YOU pay for.. when it’s warm we-have no control of our ac, let alone get any cold air. The maintenance has no clue what they are doing, we called to have multiple things fixed and looked at and no response. I pay for a reversed “covered” parking spot and I still was towed. When i informed Vanessa she shrugged me off and basically said the rules are implemented to protect her “tenants”.. like ok what am i then? The apartments are nice inside but you have to keep an eye out, may come across roaches. If i could go pay i wouldn’t just found a better complex and paid all the money upfront.. don’t get persuaded by the move in specials it’s absolutely not worth it.. it’s a trap!! They have specials because they desperately need tenants!! Worst complex and worst management. Vanessa is greedy, unprofessional, no experience having leasing manger!! Stay away and save yourself, family and wallet.

I love at water apartments. Vanessa the manager is Amazing ! She cares about everyone & does her job well! She’s very understanding. I feel safe and comfortable here. I haven’t had no problems. My nephews come visit me everyday and they love playing outside. I just wish there was a park here but there’s a lot of space & shade in front my apartment too play and other kids. The AC does go off here in there but they get it fixed ASAP. I wish there was visitor parking tho because my visitors have to park across the street then walk over to my building in the back. Other than that I plan on being here for awhile.
