The staff at the Astor is amazing! Specifically Wyatt has been so kind and helpful going above and beyond! Shout out to April as well for all her help. I don’t know everyone’s names but every staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely courteous—from the on site security guard to the maintenance staff. I also like the property amenities! Nice gym, lounge areas, the best pet washing station I’ve ever seen, and of course the complementary coffee machine. :) The location is really great as well! Sprouts, Jamba Juice, Mod pizza, Jersey mikes and Starbucks are all walking distance and Safeway across the street. Overall great place the live!

I’ve been moving apartments any time my lease is over but this is the first time I’ve renewed a lease because I love where I live. Areas are always clean, beautiful pool and gym. Super close to all the things and sprouts! I feel like any apartment I’ve lived in I can hear my neighbors and this is the first place where I can actually sleep. Anytime I need maintenance or repair, they are super quick and efficient. The front desk, Madi, it always super friendly. She actually is the one that had helped me move in the first day and help get all my paperwork sorted out. everyone is so nice and helpful.

Maintenance was wonderful and answers questions timely. Unfortunately the front office was very rude, confrontational, and disrespectful. For the price you can find better places downtown. Amenities are well kept but hallways are terrible. Carpets are nasty and stairways are never power washed…. Even after complaints of dog feces in both hallways and stairways. Came here for the security just to find out there was a lack off. Not only is cars broken in to in the garage, furniture has been stolen from the lobby. If you can’t secure the lobby how can you secure our homes. Not worth the money…. Oh and club house went from being open 24 hours to being closed after 10pm, now it’s closed on Sundays unless you pay $200 to reserve it. Coffee machine is always down. Pool is no longer heated but residents were notified.

As others have said, This is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. The money is well worth the security of multiple fobs to get to your door and the whole valet trash thing has really grown on me. The service request have always been answered in under 24 hours and everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I truly love this community. I moved here with my 2 kiddos and while this really isn’t a kid community, people have been very sweet to my babes and I appreciate that. Very happy with our home here!
