I moved out 3 months ago and still have not received my deposit back. Every time I call the office to try to get it figured out, no one has any idea what is going on/where the check is. The answer is always to call back later. It’s extremely frustrating.

Crazy expensive and as little help from the front office as possible. They only care about money hands down. The parking garage here is covered in spider webs top to bottom and they never check any of the cars. My assigned parking space has been taken for almost a month and the office just says “I’ll leave a note” Lolol yeah ok. Least proactive management I have ever seen

Lived here since late 2021, and likely going to renew. Overall you could do a lot worse than here based on what I’ve seen. It’s a pretty good location, and reasonably priced compared to the other complexes around here. My interactions with the leasing and maintenance staff have all been very positive. There have definitely been some problems since I’ve been here, and I’m sure people who got their cars broken into or packages stolen have much less favorable things to say. But since I moved in they’ve also hired night security and I believe are installing cameras in the parking garage now which are both very welcome additions. At the very least it’s nice to see a complex take direct actions to solve issues rather than doing nothing because they know people will move in regardless.

We have lived here since 2020 and love stations! Its well maintained and very clean. The leasing staff Karizma and Zach are very nice and genuine and maintenance has always been flawless. We have lived in two apartments here and each one has like felt like a brand new unit when we moved in. I highly recommend stations!
