Decent place to live, in fact, the only issue I have other than rent increasing 200 bucks due to the economy is the gates hasn't worked in several months. The apartments that aren't upgraded are in acceptable shape and there isn't much of a bug problem due to the pest control services they have here. In all honesty the negative reviews don't accurately represent the quality of this complex. I'd give it 4 maybe 5 stars if the gates actually worked. Also the maintenance staff does respond rather quickly, usually same day because they're on-site.

Do not rent here. Staff is rude, many things are broken, work orders take forever, and they will try to con you by losing your rent and try to say you didn't pay. They will charge you for a simple stool outside, the druggies and homeless are everywhere, and you will be harrased if you have to simplest problem, probable going to court with them. Bugs bugs bugs. They spray weekly here, don't believe the 5 star reviews.T management company has no idea how to run this place correctly for a profit. Really poor appliances, even new ones, please, find a different place.

I have been a resident at these apartments for 2+ years now. I have seen the negative reviews online and i have to disagree. Yes, the prices have gone up with the economy, but i have never had such a good experience with management as i have here. The office staff, and maintenance team here are wonderful. They are professional,caring and understanding. I have only had to call maintenance on 2 occasions, both times maintenance responded promptly and the issues were resolved more than adequately. My neighbor's are friendly, no issues. I have never had any issues with ANY type of bugs. I would recommend these apartments on the management team alone.
