Thank you so much for making my moving process so smooth and easy. Giselle your customer service is beyond excellent. My wife felt welcomed right away, especially with you being able to speak to her in spanish. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an apt.

Just signed my lease and wanted to share my experience with the leasing process. Called and did a walk-through Tuesday and I’m picking up my keys today (Thursday). My leasing agent, Amy K., was AMAZING. Very encouraging and helped guide me through the whole process, bumps and all. I highly recommend working with her if you decide to lease here.

Day 2 of the month
It's the office number
I pay $755 for 1 bedroom & 1 bath. With the water bill, it goes all the way to $833 on an average basis. Gus Enriquez, to answer your question: the bills are split between everyone in your building. So even if you do not use water that month, you will still have to pay part of the overall water used. I went away for a month, and when I came back I still had to pay $76 for the water and sewage even though no one was in my unit. Electricity wasn't too bad if you use SRP, except during the summer when you'll probably be paying about $100 a month
