They seem cool. I dnt live here, my dude do. They usually keep the area he live in kept up. Pool always cleaned and maintenance was always checking the chlorine and water levels.

They finally got ride of the main problem and that was Lenise Martinez and kiera White. Now there might be some hope for the apartments.

Nothing gets fixed when they say it will, sometimes not at all. Roach infested. Office staff doesn't care, maintenance is lazy. They are greedy, just want as much money as they can get without doing anything more than they have to.

These apartments are very hit-or-miss. One positive is that the staff is very nice and personable. Just don't be rude to them and you shouldn't have any problems there (like with most people). The maintenance staff are friendly, though they are very busy with a lot of requests so you kinda need to mark your maintenance requests as urgent when you put those in, in order to make sure they will be able to get around to your issue. Speaking of maintenance requests, my apartment did end up needing quite a few, some of which never got permanently fixed. The AC unit leaked a substantial amount of water and even after having maintenance in to work on it multiple times, the problem would always crop back up and the ceiling ended up with pretty heavy water damage. The tub also leaked water into the bedroom multiple times and after the second or third time it happened, I just ended up not using the tub anymore. Just wasn't worth the soaked bedroom floor. tldr; The people working there are great but the apartments themselves have some serious issues, in my experience.
