She only cares about herself and all the monies she and her lawyer "friend" David from the Bronx can cash out on from naive, vulnerable and unsuspecting owners, shareholders and VOICES. Period. HA! Natalie could care less about wellness, prosperity and growth. Or even mental health, death and unemployment. More sadly enough, she cares even less about the children living there. Many apt have mold in them that comes every year, water be leaking from around the AC unit. The lights outside and around the building very often doesn't work. The elevator very often have problems where you have to walk up the steps, very often the water gets shut off, there is mice and roaches in the building.

DO NOT BUY INTO THIS MESS!! The buildings are infested with MOLD! At any given time the bathroom ceiling may fall in from the upstairs plumbing leaks. The management refuses to do proper repairs and try to get away with doing "patch jobs" that may be life threatening! MOLD KILLs!
