Ava Park Apartments has definitely rejuvenated itself since I first started living here. Apartment management has been very efficient since I moved out here a little under a year ago and I am valuing the changes that they are making. It is very much fairly-priced compared to many other apartment complexes and when something is needed, things are done. So thank you Ava Park Apartments for making my experience here a very good one from when it first started.

In March 17 2022 I applied for one bed and I gave money order $204.60 for Admins and Application fee front of desk to Samantha. The next week they said not available and I said ok but can you return my money order and they said only Admin fee. And I wait never return to me , I go to office 6 times different weeks , I called by phone about 10 times.I asked them the Manager name is Norma , she always said your check is return back . When I applied I filled up my current address, my phone number and my name everything is in their system. I never gave wrong address.I checked my money order and they already cash out the money.Until today 07/01/2022 I never received my money.

Lived at this complex for 2 years and I like it .it always clean , amenities are usually always taken care of, it pet friendly and a great environment for kids. Claudia always does a great job of helping me take care of any issues regarding my lease or housing needs. Ava park is great .

Lived here for 2 years, raised rent, and never fixed anything that was damaged, our things got damaged due to rain, lots of the neighbors at least 4 had left due to the same issue( their lack of fixing anything) no matter how many work orders were submitted. Too add to that after leaving and breaking the lease they lied about certain things and added extra charges after we had left. I highly recommend those who think about living here. Just don’t do it.
