So I barley just moved in and there’s already roaches, I saw like 3 small ones and there’s a leak in the bathroom which we told the front office about it a week before and said they were going to do send someone to go fix it but it still leaking overall the place isn’t bad

There's really nothing you can do but get your name on the list and be patient. My wife and I put our names on a list at another apartment back in November of last year and they've just recently contacted us with an available apartment. Sorry i dont have a better answer for you. Good luck!
No. Yes, I've seen one cockroach since moving in. An exterminator comes every Wednesday. What's really bad is that I did my Walk-Through on August 9th and Nothing has been Fixed by Maintenance. Their "reason" is that they only have 1.5 Maintenance Men. Really? It's been almost 2 months!! Garbage Disposal, Water Retaining Tub, 2 Cupboards Don't Close, Mess on Bedroom Closet Floor, and 2 Burners on Stove angled so I can't use them,. Yes, I have smelled marijuana occasionally. No homeless people-rarely see people, period. Quiet place. Pretty clean dumpsters. Staff is always polite, despite what you may read. They rarely answer their phones. Hope this helps you.
