I've lived at McDowell East for many years. The Manager, Rose, made my stay worthwhile as she was quick to repair requests and equally quick with any requested paperwork.
What I didn't like were the constant helicopter circling the premises, at night. My van's tires were slashed twice, in the parking lot.
