This has been a lovely place to live while we decide where to buy and it has been great to not have to hurry that process because this rental community is exceptional. The 3 bdrm 2 ba floorplan is large enough to accommodate family and visitors, which is rare for an apartment complex. The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool and surrounding courtyards are well-kept, the gym is well-maintained, and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The management team is also highly responsive. It is dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and our neighbors are polite and respectful to one another. A rare find.

I will say the background check is very detailed, But it gave me peace of mind knowing all others applicants were screened well seeing my family and I would be living here. Monica is a outstanding property manager, she’s very professional and accommodating, better than managers I’ve met at previous complexes I’ve lived at before.
