The apartment complex itself isn’t bad the office people are very nice except the old lady she’s rude and always has a mad look on her that makes you not wanna stop at the office I stay away unless necessary for me to stop by other than that great place to live

Someone stole my hubcaps, gas cap and licence plate on separate occasions. Staff won't review the video tapes. I honestly don't even think they work. Security isn't here every night and when they are they usually just sit in their car at the front of the apartments on their phone. Crack heads roam about freely since the main gate is always open. My boyfriend was talking to his friend outside of his car one night when this random crackead walked up to them and tried to stab him for no reason. He talked to the security and I guess he was familiar with the guy. Said that guy has tried to start trouble around the apartments before. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. The vinyl on the floor is horrible no matter how many times you mop you will have black feet 🤷🏻‍♀️ Toilet paper outside looking like paper mashay in the rocks. Neighborhood is one of the worst in Maryvale. You'll always hear sirens. Stray cats everywhere! Would definatly NOT recommend this place at all. Especially if you have kids.

My car was broken into twice....there are kids trowing rocks at the doors one time the kids somehow turned off the breakers of my apartment all my food on my refrigerator went bad the office didnt do s!@T needless to say had to break my lease to go some other place.....a much better pl;ace.

Horrible management and bugs. Simply not with worth it. Had to break my lease.
