I am a resident of LaPalmilla for almost 2 years now and felt it necessary to share my thoughts. People are always quick to criticize but most people forget to say when they are impressed. I have seen 4 property managers come and go in the time I’ve been here, and none compared to your current team. The women in the office are professional, compassionate and quick to accommodate. They always make me feel appreciated, safe and part of a family . I love this property and plan to be here a long time and can only hope they stay as long as I do

Super nice staff very helpful through this whole process of applying for the apartment to moving in. I want to thank la palmilla apartments management, maintenance and all that were involved in getting my apartment ready for my family. My kids love our back patio and the playground.

They say they are low income but you have to make 3X the amount in rent
This complex is a low income property. I would contact their office to verify if they take vouchers.
