My friend currently stays there with her 2 kids and mother… this is what we just found and also. I had put a cup of juice next to the couch, went the restroom and went to go grab my cup and there were 3 roaches in my cup…maintenance tells them it’s their fault because they need to keep bugging them about bombing their unit or spraying it…. BS these apartments are infested and need to be torn down!!

Ive lived here for about 6 months havent had any issues. I like the staff. Thank you Norma for accepting my background and taking a chance on me. they do have sewer roaches but ever since I get the place sprayed every 2 weeks havent seen them. Now everyone talking about little roaches and I have not yet since one.

Honestly I wish they would have more consideration for all tenants that utilize the facilities. I continue to get my clothes locked in the laundry room overnight. I understand that they are trying to keep the individuals that go in the laundry room and use the restroom in the trash can or use the laundry room to smoke pills on aluminum foil. I wish they would install a camera for safety of mgmt team and tenants. Then maybe we would be able to stress-free use the facilities and not have innocent child walk in on drug users while they are using as well as using the restroom in the trash can. Also then mgmt just might honor the posted hours mon-fri opened til 10pm. But always locked early and then on sat and sun closed at 9 pm and same inconvenient bs locked early ty
