very professional place they keep their common areas like the lobby and laundry room very clean They are 8 floors of apartments that meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.. staff are very helpful and friendly.they also have a very insightful resource case worker who is there a few times a week

The one bedrooms are 500 SF. I know I live here. Great place to live.

Yes Fry's down town plenty of other stores and theater ASU collage bars ect restaurant right in front the VIG

This place is an old building that the cooling system is ancient and shuts down in the summer time... Today hot summer day 108 degrees apt capacity filled and swamp cooler shut down 🙏? What are they going to do with all these people that pay rent and no Air of any sort! They should have a backup plan like put them in motel rooms till they can fix there 19th century cooling system!! Very sad Salvation Army phx is old and needs to be torn down.. In my moms apt the air Motor is so loud and noisy!! Don’t Move in this one go to the one in Mesa! Very nice there!! My mom lived there also, wish she would have never left there....Phoenix silvercrest sucks!! They don’t care about anyone... Michelle will help you if possible!! She is the best person there if u need something!

Do you take couples? Do both residents have be the minimum age? I not can one of the residents still work and he is not retirement age?
