This place is an old building that the cooling system is ancient and shuts down in the summer time... Today hot summer day 108 degrees apt capacity filled and swamp cooler shut down 🙏? What are they going to do with all these people that pay rent and no Air of any sort! They should have a backup plan like put them in motel rooms till they can fix there 19th century cooling system!! Very sad Salvation Army phx is old and needs to be torn down.. In my moms apt the air Motor is so loud and noisy!! Don’t Move in this one go to the one in Mesa! Very nice there!! My mom lived there also, wish she would have never left there....Phoenix silvercrest sucks!! They don’t care about anyone... Michelle will help you if possible!! She is the best person there if u need something!

They have disability Apartments ramps at every door and friendly staff they serve two meals a day breakfast and lunch and have a nice Courtyard in back if you smoke the church is right next door the apartments on the upper floors have balconies witch look over the city
