Great place to train. Their equipment is well maintained and up to date (Cybex, Arsenal, Hammer Strength ect.). Beside a clown who was making a business deal out loud on his phone (every gym has always 1 or 2 of those individuals), everybody was training seriously. The place is spacious and clean, the music is good and not too loud; the customer service is also excellent.

Was in town visiting relatives and needed a place to get a lift in and came across Upstate Empire. The front desk staff ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the equipment selection and Dumbbell variety. The entire place was very well organized, clean and well managed. The environment and ambiance was pretty cool too. If I’m ever back in the area, I would absolutely come back here again.

Absolute best gym in the area. The staff, owners, coaches and patrons are just outstanding. Really great atmosphere for beginners like myself or body builders. The equipment and facility are spotless too. Overall I am so happy I switched over to Upstate Empire Fitness.

I not only use the facility at UEF but took advantage of a diet/exercise program. I haven't felt better (and looked better lol) in years. I also have to add because it's important to most of is who feel we are or were "overweight" I was eating more then I ever have and more importantly my trainer at Upstate Empire helped me learn to focus on results and fitness success instead of the scale and I'll tell you I've never been happier.

Hi Walter! Yes. We offer a class called "BODYFLOW".
Our peak hours are 7a-930a and 5p-7p. We suggest these times because of the atmosphere. Even during peak hours we have quite an array of equipment. "Wait time" is low and gym etiquette is high.
