Worked there briefly, and was appalled by the culture. Obscenities I can deal with, but vulgar depictions of what they would like to do to women, including beating them if they got out of line. Repeatedly stating that they want to shoot minorities and constantly using racial slurs to describe them is way out of line. The insults don't even come second.

Terrible terrible customer service. Also being lied to from the Sales Manager ! Don told me numerous times they would get ending date on my mother's stone. He has had since March 25th to get it done. We had my mom's memorial 5-7-22. I spoke with Don 5-6-22 day before and he told me they were on the way to do it then the Friday morning before. We get there Saturday 5-7 and guess what ! Not Done!! I will never ever use this company again and will tell all I see. And yes he won't even return my phone calls. Real nice....

We are looking to replace some rectangular granite flower pots at the Cherryvale Cemetery and was wondering if you have those products?

Yes, Wilbert Memorials has a variety granite vases available. A representative can go to the cemetery to measure and take photos for duplication or you may find the items you are looking for at the Parsons or Independence locations.

When an order is placed for the monument of a Civil War soldier, is proof of his service and proof of the unit he was in, required before you can put it on his stone and can anyone order the stone or does the order have to come from the government?

A military stone may be ordered and engraved according to the family’s wishes with the information they provide in the style of stone they prefer. Civil war was mainly white marble root markers. If the family has a copy of the veteran’s discharge papers then the government will provide a marker of their choosing by applying on the VA website. https://www.cem.va.gov/hmm/ Otherwise, a military stone may be ordered in accordance with the families wishes and information provided.
