I've lived here for over a year now, and I've watched the complex change for the better. The units are clean and cosey; great property management and maintenance staff are attentive to resident concerns. CAM properties has made sure to fix issues with the units by installing a new boiler/chiller system, painting the complex, upgrading the pool and units, fixing the "corner-cutting" issues from previous decision-makers. A lot of the complaints are from people unhappy with rent increases and things not determined by the property owners but by simple economics Unbeatable location within walking distance to schools, the light rail, public park, Fry's, Raffseles Pizzeria, and public transportation. The only negatives are: the homeless issue in Phoenix has become an epidemic- lots of homeless camps, they don't have any respect high off their fentanyl and the property doesn't have a gate so sketchy types hanging about near the dumpsters and I sometimes found them syphoning power off a unit outside my window. Also, being so close to I-17, lots of traffic noise from obnoxious drivers revving their engines showing off their grapefruits but other than that I feel safe and comfortable here.

Id give this place zero stars if i could. It was okay before now its dirty and the staff is inattentive. Always leaving early/opening late May be cheaper than your average but you get what you pay for. Utilities constantly being shut off and no amenities.

The property is clean and the new color makes it stand out. I have been here for almost 7 years and have never had a problem with the property or manager. We just had a change in management, even though my rent went up and utilities are no longer included they still are cheaper than moving into somewhere else. The new manager Ashley is doing a great job. She is kind and does her best to find a solution to our problems. I appreciate her and the maintenance techs for keeping my community a place I love to call home.

I have been living in this complex for 2 years. I have had a great experience living in this comlex. The people here are hard working and look out for each other. I am very happy with the property Amanda. Any communication with her is friendly and timely. She makes a point of getting to know each of the tenants. Any issue I had she resolved immediately and in a professional manner. I highly recommend this property for someone who wants to join a good community with no problems with your neighbors.
