I don't know all about that identity theft but I can tell you pretty much a lot about that apartment complex I live there in the 90s and I just got done working with the owner I was the Civil inspector on the expansion building they did the owner seems to be like a pretty straight shooter not the type that would be devious the apartment is across the street from a high school and down the street from a park close to a freeway so you have a lot of quick access around town I would give this apartments at three out of five star rating the best thing about it is the price of the rent good luck.
