"Due the Corona Virus we are here for you..." Blah blah blah that everyone in town is saying UNTIL you do need them. I recently had serious concerns with being current on Rent and got way behind....financially i would have been better off leaving. The professionalism of the property manager is the main = if not only reason I didn't jump ship in a mid night move. She really helped with options I would never thought of. I fully support her ethics Have been a resident for about 1 1/2 yrs .

The complex itself is not too bad. The park area near the office is very nice, providing a good atmosphere and a place for kids to play. The apartments themselves are a decent size for the price they are charging, the only issue is the bathrooms are too small! However, they renovated their units and the work was half ass done as things like molding around the outside of the tub started coming off, our kitchen sink became loose and when they fixed it it was done half ass as it was crooked. The insulation sucks. Also the complex is riddled with bed bugs! Management is much to be desired. We have been here for 2 1/2 years now and each time we renewed our lease it took them 6 months to get the paperwork done for us to sign our new lease. This year was the worst! The agent who was doing our paperwork did not get it done in time so all of our information was outdated and we had to do everything all over again!! Our lease was due in March and here it is just about August and we still have not signed our lease. Nobody seems to know what they are doing in there, or are only there temporarily "helping out". It is a nice place to live, but needs some major work!

Are they low income apartments
They say 8 months to a year you should call and see where you are on the waiting list and make sure they have the correct contact information for you
Go to the office and they will have you fill out a paper. You will be put on the list.
Depends on geographical location and if the Apt has been recently remodeled...Go to (apartment finders.. com). Put in your budget and they will find an affordable rate.
Yes, yes it is. And most low income are a year waiting list.
I had to begin making payments. Every situation varies
The office is located on Highland..it's on the south side of the community park.
