I've been waiting for maintenance to fix my kitchen drawers and counter and wall almost a year, if you're unable to fix my kitchen please put me in to another complex Cuz I'm very very disappointed for the fact I pay a lot for rent water and power. This place is very scary to live alot of crime

Moved in roaches, loud neighbors, outlets don’t work, stove wasn’t working fixed myself, dishwasher not completely hooked up still not fixed. How can I break this lease can anyone help.

I submitted a maintain request for the a/c that went out in my apartment on 2/29 and as of today 3/17 the a/c has still not been fixed. I have gone to the office several times and in one of my visit to the office and get info as to when the will fix the a/c one of the people in the office responded by saying “we will get to it when we get to it!” I highly recommend you not rent here and stay away.

This place is honestly horrible. I have lived here since last July and I would not recommend spending your money here. Me and my boyfriend considered this our first home together. In the walk through there were dead cockroaches everywhere and to this day they still haven't got rid of them. I share my food with them pretty much. The second night here this guy's car got shot up with him in it ten feet away from our bedroom window and the manager said she didn't even know it happened and she lives in the same building as us. Our fridge went out we lost all our food. Our garbage disposal had to be replaced after it stopped working three times. My dishwasher currently isn't even working because maintenance apparently has more important things to do even when I called and told them the dishwasher was full of water that smelt disgusting and was brown as well as had particles floating in it getting all over my dishes. Oh and when we moved in our bathroom sink was rusty and they said they would fix it to this day we have the same rusty sink and their excuse has been they are waiting on the sink...... It doesn't take nine damn months. Needless to say please do not waste your money here they do not care.
