I have been at this locatin for 18 months and it kills me to give it this rating after dealing with Shauna (the manger who took over for Norma). I am interested in the house or a 3 bedroom on property. I currently live in a 2 bed room and have been here 18 months spending a total of 25,963.92 in rent in the time I have been here and this lady makes me regret staying here longer. When asking about the three bed room Himilda (sp) was telling how long the property has been vacant and the cost (2600 a month) (31,200 a year). When I went back with my roommate himilda was not in. Shauna helped us and make the assumetion that we would not qualify and that we needed to make 3xs time rent. I notified her I have lived there for 18 month and never had an issue, which she replied "I know I read you file" okay. I thought okay maybe i am being harsh. I really like Norma and I not a fan of change. NOPE! She had Himilda call me on Wed 4/27 to tall me if I didnt have the $500 transfer fee by today she was not going to give me the apartment that is not ready until May 9th. I notified Himilda when we would have the money and that if she sold it o well. To make a tendent feel like they can not afford something is awful. we were looking to stay in the "house" for 2 years. that is 62,400 of grarenteed revenue your apartments will be losing because od her. Shame. I have referred a lot of people here. SMH, I am still willing to do bussiness with the wexler. I am not doing bussiness with her and since she is there I hope she is worth the loss of income.

The Wexler is very helpful. I have called numerous times inquiring about leases and prices and they have been super helpful. I have been scheduled to take a tour of the facility and I cannot wait to meet the amazing people that work for the Wexler and continue to help me and my peers find student housing.

The Wexler, Norma and her team are amazing and very communicative. Personally I appreciate the extra community based events that are held for residents… food drives, breakfast, food trucks, door decorating contest. During COVID-19 Norma and her team went above and beyond making sure residents had information for resources and services if needed. The maintenance team is great and do their best to get request addressed in a timely manner. It is nice to see any staff member as each of them are friendly, welcoming and helpful. *I took a star away only because of the times when water is shut down. Help with repairs are desperately needed at the moment as we’ve been without hot water for a week now.

Aside from how cute and spacious the apartments are, as well as them being newly remodeled; the management is extremely understanding and the customer service here is awesome! They have taken care of all our requests quickly and painlessly. They even made the application process and moving in as easy as can be. They are always readily available via email or phone and are always able to help us if we just walk down to the office as well. I am SO glad I chose to move here :)
