I cancelled my appt after arrival. There was apparently a misunderstanding from the scheduling of the appointment until arrival. Colors are extremely limited and staff was just ok.

Honestly. The only reason why I’m okay with doing one star is because the girl who did the hard gel on my toes did a fantastic job. I spent $138 (with tip) for both hands and feet for hard gel. 1. This was for my birthday and instead of sitting in a chair and enjoying my experience I had not even a choice given to me to have both feet and hands to be done at the same time. That means I was reaching across my body to do my hands while another girl was doing my feet. Not relaxing. At all. 2. My finger nails didn’t even last 1 week. $138 to have chipping days after? That’s just pathetic. I wouldn’t waste your time here if you’re looking for quality long lasting nails. If you’re looking to throw your money away? Go for it. My toe nails are still looking amazing so kudos to the girl who did actually take care of me and talk to me. But sadly my hands are the biggest show case and I’m embarrassed. I won’t be coming back, and I’ve warned everyone I know already!
