Hi Kaytlyn and thanks so much for the question. It is not necessary to clean or detail the vehicle prior to sale. We can see beyond a little dirt and dust. If the interior is excessively soiled, damaged or smells of cigarettes, we may make a reasonable adjustment to cover the cost of preparing the vehicle for resale. If you have any doubts, feel free to come in for an appraisal. It takes 20-30 minutes and if you don't like our offer, you are under no obligation to accept. Its to sell your car not sure about that part but when I went by the time he was done my offer was $300 theb $800 I said no way
