A Car Lot is absolutely one of the best Used car lots that I have ever encountered!! I have purchased 4 vehicles through them & have not had any issues & to make the experience even better their staff is amazing 10+ for all of them I give Heather a 10+ her knowledge, her customer service & she goes over & beyond to help her customers. The guys are outstanding as well they are always their in the absence of Heather!! For anything !! I will always continue to return to them for my car purchases. The owner Mike is very caring, fair, & very family oriented & it shows thru his staff as well!! Great Job !! Keep doing what you’ll doing

Heather is very vindictive. She chose to get my car towed in order to retaliate against me for writing a review. She accused me of being “nasty” despite her mechanics taking my money and not even actually working on my car. She refuses to give me what I need in order to transfer my tag over to the car, despite admitting on a recorded line that it was supposed to be done at the time of purchase. She said that its because i was nasty so she didnt want to help me. Not sure where shes from but that just gave me ammo to write another review to release my frustration; and to warn other people TO NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Ever! There are a ton of buy here pay here places in the Tampa bay area. Choose a different one.

Sold me a blown up car and then charged me to fix it never got fixed jyst more parts that were unnecessary. They literally told me at least by the end of it I would have a new car lol ....don't find that funny at all. Car finally gave up all the way and wouldn't even help me get into a different vehicle I almost lost my job my house everything everything and didn't even have the decency to even try to put me in a different vehicle
