Be sure they triple check pricing and charge you the correct amount. I run a small buisness and purchased 8 batteries. Upon return to collect for the cores. It was told to me they charged the incorrect price per battery and wanted me to add more to my credit card and would not refund the cores. I refused to pay more took the key fob batteries that I was going to purchase and left. I, the little guy really took it in the shorts due to there error. Beware of this location! Iguess it's the last time I do buisness there. Not happy at all and am out alot of $$$ on this job. Never returning !!!!

Purchased a car battery online and went to the store on commercial blvd this morning to pick it up and they were to be installing it. Vicki the store manager said she is not able to install the battery. My thoughts are if you are working for a store that says they install batteries, you shouldn’t be running the store if your a woman or a man and can’t perform the duties. So I have her call the store in Coconut creek. And the manager said he would install the battery for me when I get here. Now I’m here and waiting on this guy because he stepped out to get something to eat. I would have bought my battery elsewhere if I had known batteries Plus was going to be so difficult to get this battery installed. So battery is sitting on my floor board while I wait here in coconut creek. I am grateful that Kevin agreed to install it for me, it’s just the inconvenience of waiting and driving to two locations. However my hats off to this girl in coconut creek, said he name is GiGi. She has offered to start taking the stuff off with the tools until Kevin shows up. So I give GiGi 5 stars, for stepping in so the process doesn’t take so long once Kevin shows back up.

Don’t buy batteries from this place! They don’t honor their warranty. Battery with a (1) Year warranty wouldn’t take a charge after 10 months. They said it was neglected, WFT?? What is the warranty for if it doesn’t last a year. These guys are crooks, avoid them
