Well I just moved into the community. And I must say it is awesome. Management is so sweet so in tuned by taking care of you they walked me around I want to look for my place and I couldn't help but rent here. This is the best apartment community I have had the pleasure in Lebanon. I wish I could give more then 5 Star's ❤️❤️❤️

Overall this was a terrible and very expensive experience moving in here. One of my totes was stolen directly from the back of my truck - while I was moving in. I saw roaches every single day/night for the month I managed to stay there, before breaking my lease. I can handle the tweakers I saw nearly every day hanging out on the stairs with thier bikes, right next to my front door... but I can't handle roaches. I never did get my deposit back and received none/ some of the poorest customer service and communication from the assistant manager and manager.

The leasing office was fairly helpful during the covid virus and got me information and a lease very quickly. I was impressed and really have enjoyed my time here. The property is kept nicely, however there are major security issues here. It is incredibly risky to have the laundry room unlocked 24-7. Even a laundromat has less of a chance of having items stolen than here. This evening a woman (tall, Hispanic) followed me around the property and watched until I left my clothes unattended and proceeded to steal items out of my dryers. There is NO WORKING AFTER HOURS PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. NO SECURITY. Also if you want to allow someone else (girlfriend/etc ) in you better hope you can use your phone to hit the button in the app. The leasing office will not allow more than one person to have access to get into property, not even a code. Maintenance man has not resolved any of our issues. I haven’t been able to use my kitchen sink since last week because of a major leak and no assistance from the property even after submitting multiple requests. I hope they can make up for this severe lack in the most basic of tenant services.

On the up side -This apartment for three years was one of the roomiest places I’ve lived for a one bedroom of its size . I lived towards the front so the grounds were kept especially nice . The place was very well insulated so my bills stayed low . I liked my apartment . The management ladies (3) were some of the most awesome I have ever experienced . They were extremely patient with me since I was not exactly a model tenant . I was however one that took care and had pride of my unit . The maintenance crew was very quick to respond . On tbe down side - the gates were working 50 % of the time the laundry rooms were extremely hot to do your laundry in with no circulation. 50 % of the time most of the machines didn’t work . The pool was nice but the jacuzzi was always questionable and just looked off . Overall this was a pretty good place to live. I would probably rent there again if they would have me ! 🙂
