The best clinic for eye issues. I have age related macular degeneration. Dr Kim has been the best doctor, I could be so lucky to have. His team are the very best and I trust them with my eye health. You should too. I had only one problem with getting the new eye glasses. The younger oriental gal straightened it out for me and I just was treated rudely by the short haired, older lady who was speaking to me rather harshly every time I signed in to buy glasses. The first time she refused to serve me. I waited 30 minutes. Before my scheduled eye shot. Completely missing the chance to upgrade my lenses. I tried again a month later. I rushed to the younger gal who was very nice and quickly pick new lenses (that are a bit tight) and no visible prices. Luckily I was given a prescription when I had a cataract looked at, but they charged me additionally $60 for an exam I already paid for. I had to pick up glasses with dialated eyes. . It took three tries to get the younger gal to help me renew my lenses. They also didn't warn me about the price ahead of time. Next time I'll go to Lens Crafters for glasses. It cost me $1000 for new glasses. I don't see them better than my old pair they would not use the frames. My sugession is to fire the older lady who is so rude. When went to pick up my glasses I got that older lady again. She was so rude it startled me when she yelled "Don't sit down", that I almost fell over my cane. Luckily Dr Kim's nurse practitioner was guiding me and caught me before I fell. My toe was injured and turned blue. Harvard Eye Clinic should fire her. I wanted to have a g old experience to tell my friends and family. One bad apple can spoil a great clinic. I just won't buy glasses there again!

I don't go here but as someone caring for a patient that goes here it was a frustrating experience. My mom was placed in the wrong waiting room for almost an hour, no fault on her part, and then was told her whole appointment was delayed because the nurse simply couldn't put her in the right area to wait for her doctor. So my mom who has severe neuropathy and spinal pain had to wait over two hours for the completion of her appt. These appointments typically only take 1 hour at most!! I was the one along with my service dog who had to sit and wait in her car for over two hours in the smoldering heat for absolutely no other reason besides negligent behavior. It terrifies me that a nurse could do something so extraordinarily absent minded at a surgery center. I would not want to be a patient here!

Wonderful experience and care. Dr. Teymoorian has been managing my glaucoma for years and when he saw my cataracts getting worse along with my glaucoma and astigmatism he suggested cataract surgery. Just had the first eye done and his surgery yielded fantastic results, clear bright vision without the need for glasses, I needed glasses ever since I was 5. Can hardly wait to get the second eye done. Dr. Teymoorian and the staff made the process really simple and I’m impressed with the results. Definitely recommend him to anyone with vision issues.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr. Edward Kim, and still have a few lens adjustments to go. He was very patient with my long questions during my visit that helped to reduce my stress.  It was more difficult to pass a message on to Dr. I left messages and emailed to Dr's assistant multiple times to refill eye drop but it was no response.  I was lucky to get through Briana Hagen, customer service/front desk, who proactively walked to the Dr. to get my prescription done. Thank you so much, Briana. Hope more staff would act like her to show the warm side of human feeling. 5/14/2021 I finished all my eye vision adjustment today. I had a great team of doctors and their assistants for my cataract surgery. Dr. Edward Kim is a skillful, and experienced doctor with sweet and patient care. When I sat on the chair for eye adjustment the first time, my legs were hanging not touching the ground, he noticed and remembered it, he put a box as a footstep for me on my every adjustment procedure to ensure I was comfortable enough to accept the procedure. He has so many patients but he remembered my needs. Dr. Isabell Choi, was in charge of measuring my vision before each adjustment procedure. When she approached me, I felt she was just a young lady of next door, but when I asked her medical questions, she had answered for me and she would relate my concerns to Dr. Edward Kim. It seemed to me they communicated on my case before the procedure, they treated me as a person who has medical needs, not just a patient chart. From living a life with a blurry vision to a clear vision that I can finish my computer work efficiently, I feel I am reborn.
