Very bad company. If you are a value-add or OEM company trying to develop a custom case, or even slightly modify one, I would suggest avoiding this place. Pelican used to be soo good but now soo awful that you can't get past the first line line of phone sales where the staff does nothing but argue with you. Executive management at this place has now placed so many barriers to between it's sales team and their customers they are no longer a viable company. Save yourselves the time by just avoiding this pit hole and looking for another solution.

Warranty and customer service is top notch!! No questions asked , 1000% product support. Had my light 3 years and my on off button failed, replaced it with a new light. Thank you Pelican.

Wow. This used to be such a great company but now they hide behind Covid 19 as an excuse to not have to take customer phone calls. I started buying pelican cell phone covers years ago due to the high quality construction and guarantee. Now though they will not stand behind warranty replacements as they have sold their case management to case mate who refuses to take customer phone calls. You can email them and they will reply back to your email and start a case, but they will say that cover is not available and offer you another and when you reply back to them it gets silent from there they never bother to respond again to your answers so they can get out of replacing your phone cover. Don’t buy a pelican phone cover because they and Casemate WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT. Once a great company but not anymore👎👎👎

I was working a night shift when I took a small spill and damaged the threads on my Pelican 7000 Series flashlight. I called Pelican and was transferred to the warranty department. I asked the operator if I could go to the facility to claim the warranty for the flashlight since it's essential to my line of work. The answer was yes. Having arrived to the Pelican facility, I was greeted by an awesome customer service representative and explained what happened. Before I knew it, he came back with a new flashlight. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I was afraid that I needed to purchase a new flashlight. Thank you, Pelican, for your courteous and professional staff.
