They raised our rent from $1,200 to $1,600 with only 30 days notice. Legally, this is allowed. Morally, it's disgusting. They didn't even add any value to this place either. If anything, living here has gotten worse since the rent increase. On 7/17/22 they started assigned parking. However, each apartment is only allowed ONE spot, even if there's multiple cars registered or multiple adults living there. I have never in my life had such a hard time finding somewhere to park my car. I was parking on the street behind the complex, but now I've received 2 parking tickets and have watched countless people get towed. Now I'm parking down the street praying that its acceptable because there's NEVER any spots available. Before this switch, there was never an issue finding a spot. Now there's a bunch of assigned spots that sit empty all day and people have to put their cars at risk WHILE dealing with a rent increase? Absolutely disgusting. We've been here since 03/2020 you'd think we'd get a bit more compassion or something for being loyal to them. The ONLY good things about this place are the good AC, good maintenance team, and utilities + internet being included in the rent. Still does not excuse the wild rent increase. They're trying VERY hard to look luxury while treating the people who've already been renting like garbage. And when Rich responds to this message saying he would love to talk to me, don't fall for it. Every business has someone that goes through the reviews and tries to look like they're compassionate and caring, yet they're just another company who fails to follow through on it. Look elsewhere!

My time at the Halifax was very unpleasant. I consistently reached out to management, and was denied the support needed as a resident. I reached out to Corporate multiple times and was constantly reverted back to the Property Manager until a corporate representative decided to respond to my inquiry. I have had problems with this complex since the very beginning of my move. They seem to not really want to assist their residents with issues they have involving their quality of living at the Halifax. I would recommend this complex with caution. They also need to improve their cleaning when it comes to shared spaces. Management also was uncooperative when it came to me being able to leave when other housing complexes contacted them regarding my application as well. Moreover, they push fees on their resident when unnecessary. I am disappointed in the management and corporate personnel as they do not conduct in professionalism as well as satisfactory for their residents.

Love it here, just renewed my lease for another year, staff and management are top notch. The location is walking distance to everything you need to survive life lol. Pool and BBQ area are awesome and I do use the grill quite a bit. I am on a corner apartment so I really do not hear anything. 3 floor gives me wonderful sunsets since I look out to the west. Plan on staying here as long as possible. Thx Rich !!!!!

You get what you pay for. Anyone expecting a luxury apartment experience, look elsewhere. I don't say this in a bad way, but as a working mom in this economy, I just renewed my lease. My son and I love it here. Maintenance crew are awesome. They always come through with any repairs. Walls are thin but like I said, you have to take that into consideration when renting an apartment like this. Management has been good to us with any complaints that we do have. And they've all been pretty minor. The Amazon box issue has long since been fixed. The marijuana smell is with any complex you'll be in now that it's as legal as tobacco. And it's something I personally don't mind.

Im a new renter in 1 of the redone buildings and there really nice Yes everything is included even cable and internet is included but the price on the website is the rent ONLY not the all utilities included price so expect a 2-300 increase. We wernt expecting that. But there nice and upgraded. There still working on some of the abandoned looking buildings but again there nice. No pest so far so we're happy with our choice.😊 but the gym is closed because of covid. Partly why we chose this complex to save on gym fees at EOS. So its a bummer we cant use it for now. But we can see it and it looks nice as well. The pool is big and the laundry room is hightech. Again very nice place to live. Ive read some horror reviews but its nice NOW😁.Well at least the building im in. I have pets to the left and right of me and i dont hear a thing thick walls i guess. Again. A very nice place😁
