My roommate and I have lived here for almost a year now, and just signed for another year. Pam is seriously incredible and always willing to help with any issues we have. We can ask her about anything, and Carl the maintenance man is SO nice and always willing and able to help with any maintenance issues we have. It’s a really nice complex too & extremely pleasant to live in. We’ve been renting for 6+ years in the greater Phoenix area and I have never loved a complex as much as I love this one.

Nice place to live. Pam and the rest of the team are awesome to work with. Left because I was able to buy a place, but would have stayed there otherwise. Repairs were done quickly and complex was always clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend!!! I lived in these apartments for two and half years! They are quiet and a nice layout for the price! There isn't anything better than these apartment honestly not for the price! I love Pam the property manager. She has always been so welcoming since the day I first meant her when inquiring about an apartment. My daughter just adores her. Karl the maintenance guy is always working hard to ensure everything is well taken care of. Every issue I've had he fixed and if he couldn't fix it right away he was sure to find a way. My only problem here is the amount of cats outside but that seems to be the case anywhere you go in Arizona. Parking spaces are limited as well but overall this is an amazing property. Very quiet amazing neighbors. Sad I had to leave but I needed a house otherwise I would have stayed longer. I will be bringing my kids back to visit with Pam!
